The 1991–92 Seattle SuperSonics season was the 24th season of the Seattle SuperSonics in the National Basketball Association (NBA). It was George Karl's first season as head coach of the SuperSonics, returning after a four-year absence from coaching in the NBA, to replace K. C. Jones. Seattle finished the season with a 47–35 record, reaching the playoffs as the fifth seed in the Western Conference.
